The CMS Cepcor Group are delighted to have secured a further site in Coalville to expand their operations.
The new 3.2 Acre site including 50,000 ft² of industrial buildings is situated within 1 mile of their current Global HQ, Parts Centre, Technical Centre (Manufacturing), and existing Service Facility. The new premises are earmarked to house their new service headquarters, allowing for further expansion of all areas of the group’s activities at their three existing operating Coalville sites.
Group CEO, Matthew Weare commented “after another record year for the business, this is a fantastic acquisition, securing our long-term future in Coalville and giving a superb platform for further growth and employment opportunities”.
Further development is planned on the new site with operations transferring during 2023.
This acquisition follows the commissioning of our new 34,000 ft², CMS Cepcor Americas headquarters facility opened in Peoria, IL, USA earlier this month.
